Member of the Industrieverband Klebstoffe e.V. (IVK) (industrial association for adhesives, registered society)

We are a member of the Industrieverband Klebstoffe e.V. (IVK) which exists since 1950, for more than 50 years and is the common platform of German adhesive manufacturers.
The companies organised in the IVK work on standards and documents; they do centralised PR work and promote the knowledge and training of the adhesive users by means of specialist seminars, press information and specialist articles.

Industrieverband Dichtstoffe e.V (industrial association for sealants, registered society)

The members of IVD commit themselves to manufacture quality sealants or raw materials for quality sealants.
To take the full responsibility for all business activities is the guideline.

The members guarantee:

  • future-oriented research, development and applications engineering to meet specific product requirements (state of the art, relevant standards and regulations)
  • clear and truthful description of the product properties and applications (recommendations for the application)
  • strict adherence to statutory provisions and decisions of the association in accordance with its statute
  • Quality assurance of raw materials, production and finished products, including strict outgoing inspection prior to delivery

The member company confirms that the personnel, organisational and technical requirements are fulfilled to meet these standards.

Fachverband für Fugenabdichtung e. V. (FVF) (professional association for joint sealing, registered society

Fachverband für Fugenabdichtung e. V. (FVF) is a national association of professional joint sealing companies. Its members are professional companies which have proved their skill in a qualifying seminar.

The FVF:

  • represents the interests of those working in the field of joint sealing
  • offers members and potential members basic courses, qualifying and training seminars in cooperation with the IVD
  • is working towards the potential recognition of joint sealing as a craftsman’s trade.
  • maintains a dialogue with standardisation bodies, informs its members about current issues, publishes professional articles
