OTTO has made it its business to produce and develop high-quality sealants and adhesives. We are not concerned in making a profit at any cost. As a medium-sized, family-run company, we set ourselves the standard of being guided by the maxims of our philosophy - in the interest of our employees, our customers and the environment, which belongs to us all.
Quality as strategy
"Made in Germany" is a standard. Our production site is consciously in Germany - expensive, yet in accordance with high technical, social and ecological standards.
Production is not an end in itself - instead, it takes its value from the customer's benefit. Since it is our objective to produce maximum benefits, we only ever produce the very best quality. We wish to produce benefits for the customer, especially the benefit of knowing that your application is going to be safe.
Better is the enemy of good. This is why we in the Research and Development department consistently work on optimising existing products, and on developing completely new solutions.
We want to be on the safe side - for us and for our customers. This commences with the uncompromising safety at work of our employees, and extends through to the consistent complaints procedure our customers can expect.
We don't agree with REACH because we have to, but because we want to. From the selection of our raw materials through to the production conditions, right through to the application and, if necessary, disposal, the maxims pertaining to maximum environmental tolerance and health apply.
We want to grow, but organically. This means respectably and sustainably.
The most important asset in our company is not the know-how that is behind our adhesives - it is the trust that the OTTO brand enjoys on the market.
This undoubtedly also depends on the quality of our "Made in Germany" products, but above all on the credibility of the people that represent OTTO.
